David Noyola

David Noyola is a veteran strategist who has worked in San Francisco politics for more than 15 years. As a lobbyist and consultant he has advocated to win approvals for some of the city’s biggest projects and navigated its most challenging policy debates for clients like the Golden State Warriors arena, Uber, and Airbnb. From 2006 to 2011 he served as Chief of Staff for Board of Supervisors presidents Aaron Peskin and David Chiu where he managed their legislative and political portfolios.

Jacqueline Piccini

Jacqueline Piccini has been a registered lobbyist in San Francisco for over 15 years. She specializes in legislative and procurement strategy, and has secured billions of dollars of work for her clients. She has been involved in the development, funding, procurement and execution of many significant, transformational projects in the region in the areas of infrastructure, technology, waste management and more. She has also supported clients on regulatory and legislative issues in the same industries. She currently serves on the board of the Bay Area Council, Emerge California, and the Belmont Redwood Shores Youth Softball Association. Prior to her lobbying career in San Francisco, she ran Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano’s office on Arizona-Mexico relations. When not working on behalf of her clients, you will likely find her channelling her love of fitness, competition and female empowerment coaching girls softball or cheering on her son's soccer team.
